I'm pretty sure s/he means that you could just kill the Fungus Monster that has the ability Mitosis. Using CC of some sort. Not actually using Mitosis.

Elements should be spelled out for the "Element" parameter (but not in the cost section).
Irrelevant parameters should be left blank (take out the N/As from the Series sections).
