The cost to me is just screaming at me: I'm not sure how this would measure up with any type of
rush, but I suppose you upped the cost to a point so that it can't easily be spammed in a mono-life deck (which makes sense). 10
quanta just seems a bit -too- much, and I would have it to something under double-digits for both the upped and non-upped cards. It's not like you're applying Adrenaline to every frog on the field - you're just adding an extra frog/attacker technically speaking, right?
