i think you should allow the quanta gain to stack
the card is pretty UP as is...
Stack as in more gained with each copied card?(I kinda like this)
Or allow the whole card to be stackable?

Anarook, I think right now this is your best idea.  Bravo to the central concept; though I agree it may need a buff, it is still very inspired!  *applause*

Good to see that the concept gets recycled. xD

I'll be brushing up my past ideas and submitting them to the Crucible. They are really dying under other ideas.
