ART: Hawanja IDEA: karis NOTES: thank for Rutarete to reword this card.  that help me alot Land Protector is...   an ability that can lobo. this card will protect all your permanet by sacrifice some part of itself...  but can't protect a permanent that have a duration (sundial, cloak, aether shield or whatever).  can protect stack permanent,  but still get much damage (bonewall/pillar).  i.e. he will take 9 damage from an earthquake. (credit*patchx94) still protect quantum out entropy shield, but still get much and much damage.... oh.  and don't try to mass it.   if you have 2 forest monster and your permanent has been destroyed.  both forest monster will get 3 damage. I'm unclear that this is what you meant to say, but Bone Wall isn't destroyed in full as it is. Only 1 is destroyed at a time.

Stolen permanents are "destroyed' before stolen, so as of now the wording (if it were grammatically correct) would take "steal" into account.

He means that 3 damage will be done each time a permanent in the stack is destroyed, i.e. he will take 9 damage from an earthquake.

oh.  and don't try to mass it.   if you have 2 forest monster and your permanent has been destroyed.  both forest monster will get 3 damage.

I like it, a creature which (or who) protects permanents.
you don't really have to lower the hp because you have to (try to) destroy 3 perms by both

I like this looks like a great way of PC protection, and with an awesome synergy with BB.

Only one thing that I don't understand. What happens with Diss Shield/Field?? Will it take 3 damage every time an attack happens so your quanta isn't drained? Or will the shield stay there dealing 3 damage to the Swamp Monster until it dies before the shield is destroyed? That last idea, I think, fits more thematically (and also gives this another great synergy).

Oh, and IDK about the quanta balance since I suck at that

I lower it hp because i want to lower it cost.  and 4 with 3|9 (and protect artifact ability) is a bit good.

and i don't want to lower it than 7.  if it have 3|6 i'm sure will have someone come and told me that unupped is better than upped.

so, it be as you said.  still 3 permanents destroyed the same.

BB is Basilisk Blood, and PC is Permanent Control (as CC for Creature Control)

Stolen would be redundant, since it has to destroy your permanent to steal it. So it would be something like "If your permanent would be destroyed deal 3 damage to this card instead." Credits to Rutarete, I just changed one word

stolen still good.   this card still have space to add that word.   and i even think 'steal' is a bit different from 'destroy'
