With momentum, you are meaning to avoid shields right? That avoids gravity pull too, so there is no reason to have another ability called wings.

Unupped seems a bit overpowered. It is the same as unupped charger, but with 3 health and summons creatures. It might just be the charger that's underpowered though.

It looks okay as it is.

Fix the wings/momentum issue, maybe change the name (seems a little awkward, do you mean something like flying worm?), and that's as balanced as I can imagine. Not sure what other people may say though.
