Flare Tempest | Bursting Tempest

ART: ddevans96 IDEA: ddevans96 NOTES: Every turn, the weapon's damage is decreased by the amount of burn counters a player has on it. A burn counter would go on your opponent's HP bar, next to the poison counter, and would look like a fire symbol with a number on it. Original (very crappy) idea: SERIES:

My second card. I might redo the image, the graphic is kinda hard to see.

You say 'create a fire'.... does that mean it creates another permanent, or a creature, or is it just a phrase you tossed in there and it's actually the permanent that disappears after three turns? 

What if you deflag this?  Is no damage done, does the explosion just get set off earlier?  What about destroy (from Butterfly Effect, Pulvy, mutants)?

It's the permanent that disappears, I worded it kinda badly. And I didn't think about what if deflag or destroy, or steal, was used. I think I will redo the card entirely, change the wording and redo the graphic. But not now, I have a lot of stuff to do

I'm thinking of changing the name to Flame Wall | Flame Tempest, what do you think?

You need to match the Card Image and the detail in the Table.
In the Ability box list the text of the card.
In the Idea box you can put your own name if its your idea.

As for the card, its a Permanent but you have no cost to create the fire or detail on what said fire is. Should it be a Spell?

Where you really trying to say something like?
"After 5 turns Flame Tempest explodes dealing 5 damage to the opponent"
"After 3 turns Bursting Tempest explodes dealing 10 damage to the opponent"

Yeah, I worded it really badly. I'm going to put it all back up in a minute, changing graphics and wording.

Lots of cost, little damage. It does less damage than unstable gas, and has a delay and costs more.

upgraded is OP, when unupgraded is was 5/5 upgraded its 3/10

I'm thinking of making the unupped 12 damage after 3 turns and the upped 15 damage after 2 turns. Would that work?

unstable gas does 20 damage plus 1 dmg to each creature for 6 quanta. bit underpowered card.

I know. I have another idea, though. A monster with something like this ability. How does that sound?
