I'm thinking along the lines of Polluted Missile? I know we all think of missiles as the modern rocket type thing, but missile is really just a general term for thrown object....thoughts?

And what are thoughts on my breakdown of effects?

If it gets anywhere I promise I will, for now though I might leave it, I'm no artist lol!
Thinking about it, a fantasy missile looking a bit like my antidote bottle (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,18734.msg254906#msg254906) might do it...

An empty vial with some "poisonous/radioactive" mark on it should do fine.
