Agree with Drake and WIIDGC.  ANY duo is a legitimate duo.  Just because it hasn't been done before (much) doesn't mean it can't be done.  Sometimes, a new card is all that's missing to create a new synergy.  Go for it!!

It sounds like they keep gaining +1s until Waver leaves, which is right, but it could be misinterpreted to mean that they keep the buffs afterwards, which I want to avoid.

I'll change it to "All other creatures gain +1/+0. Lasts until Flagwaver leaves play" once I get an image.

Hmm... The unupped seems ok to me in terms of balance. Does the +2 attack buff stack? If it does, then I think a higher cost and according stats would be good to prevent fractal abuse.

The upgraded version is a little odd. If I'm reading it right, it would allow you to continually buff the attack of all creatures. This will probably be OP. Particularly if used combined with fractal.

Also, the mechanic is sufficiently different from the unupped that you should probably give it a unique name.

Balancing and fractal / mitosis abuse aside, I do think its a pretty cool card idea.

I find it interesting that you chose :air for the duo... I would have thought to use :light myself, but air seems to fit well with the flag concept.
Whether the glass is half full or half empty is a moot point. It is always filled to the brim. It is only a matter of by what. The real question is: What fills you?

+2 does not. Since it only lasts one turn, you have to keep paying for it each turn if you want it to stay.

I didn't think much about having multiples. You bring up a good point. I could just increase the cost again, unless there's a more creative way to balance it while keeping the basic mechanic...

I also chose :air because rally gave me the impression that Bearer would shout at all his comrades to invigorate them. And shouts and sound are kind of airy I guess.

As long as the attack buff doesn't stack, it seems fair enough to me.

The big difference from eclipse, of course, is that the opponent's creatures aren't similarly affected... although that is minimal since this would occur infrequently.
