Flagwaver's effect stacks, but the bonus only lasts as long as it lives. Buffs to other creatures do not apply to self. Flags draw lots of attention on themselves, since they need to be destroyed before the rest of your creatures wreak havoc on the opponent. Pretty cheap too, so they have harassing potential. Promotes Earth/Air. Can give Earth an offensive boost if adequately protected, or can be exploited by Air with Dives. SERIES:

Sorry, I know that my cards probably have glaring flaws, but I can't really figure out everything you're saying. Are you saying unupped is UP because it costs too much and upped it OP because it stacks?

Flagbearer is 3 + 2 cards + 1 turn for 1|2 stats and +2 attack to everything. (It would be 3|2 itself, which would be a 2 creature otherwise).
3 + 2 cards ~= 5 + 1 card = 5 + 1 card.

Eclipse is an UPGRADED card that costs 4 + 1 card and only has an attack buff to certain creatures.

What I'm saying right now is that your unupped card is as good as, if not better than, an upped card.

The fact that the flag is being waved makes it sound -y.

Yeah, I thought so too. But at the same time, so many Air creatures are airborne, while flagbearers are for ground armies.
It seems silly for them to be leading around pegasi and fairies.

However, these elements could apply to the card's ability too. So it could work better if Rally was ?

Why not?  It just means they have to be built around?  In any case, I see this being used for some Wardens...
