Does 3.5 apply in this case?
I have two problems with this idea.
1. Entropy card simply sacrificing a creature is kind of against the Entropy theme (as I personally see it)
2. nothing in this card costs , yet it creates Photons
Entropy cards are usually about randomness, changing stats, inverting things, etc. This card does something different. Gameplay-wise, the basic concept is pretty good, but I think it's lacking in the theme department.
1.
Zanz has confirmed he is using a theme akin to the scientific definition of Entropy. Entropy increases when 1 molecule decomposes into its component parts. From this I think it is not unreasonable for Entropy to splinter a creature.
2.
I used Photons as a generic 1|1 creature.
Fission does create radiation (light).
Are these explanations sufficient in your opinion? If not do you have suggestions for how the minor details (Name, Element, Creature) could be changed to give it a stronger theme?
