NOTES:
This fits fire's offensive oriented theme.  The card is short of a straight +1/+2 damage increase for each fire creature, as it only applies after a successful attack.  For example- if there are two ash eaters with fire aura and land attacks on an unshielded opponent a total of 6 damage would be done by them (2+1, 2+1); but if the opponent has a shield which reduces damage taken by 2, 0 damage would be done by the ash eaters.

right.  and it has to be a fire creature.

a potential new add-on to distinguish it from nightfall/eclipse could be that it will reduce the turns your creatures spend frozen.  please give feedback on this potential addition. :)

If you want to make it different, I'd say make it immaterial.  It is an aura, after all.

I wouldn't add anything else.  When I saw it, my first thought was "simple, effective, good."

Nightfall and this are similar, but at least as different as Blessing and Chaos Power, and simplicity is good.

Since this isn't a direct boost, does that mean a Horned Frog w/ Epinepherine and this is hitting for 4+4+4+4?  Interesting, pairing Life and Fire with a deck of this, Horned Frogs, Epinephrine, and possibly some Explosions.

nope, horned frogs arent fire creatures, it wouldnt benefit from the shield.  nothing stopping you from putting adrenaline on a fire creature for the bonus, however.

dude, people arent going to stop making card ideas affecting certain elements just because you feel those particular elements are good as is.  considering how unlikely that *any* of these cards proposed here will make it into the game, you gotta just enjoy the concept and mechanics of the card, and not just think "oh jeewhiz, this card buffs aether, aether is really good already, give me a break" or "this card hurts time, which doesnt need a nerf, no me gusta".

Are you tryng to say the creature increases one damage per turn per successfl attack? It can be OP, especially with vampire ability.

no, i am saying what i said.  they do not grow.  they simply do an additional 1 or 2 damage when they successfully land an attack.  it is not accumulative.  in the example above, as long as the damage isnt blocked, each turn the ash eaters would continue to do 3 damage apiece.

if you have 4 inferno aura in play, it means that your creatures do 8 extra damage?
