Heal turns into -20 damage, Shard of Gratitude damages the player (hopefully the opponent) for 5 damage each turn, Miracle does an ungodly amount of damage to the opponent.  On the opposite side, hit yourself with a Fire Bolt and heal yourself for a heck of a lot of damage.  Same with Ice Lance.  Poison now heals instead of dealing damage...this card is incredibly useful.

I see a lot of people looking at this card from a PvP type of aspect but I think what's been overlooked is how badly this card would break the current farming system.  Imagine creating a creatureless FG farmer that is just a mono Entropy deck with Pillars/Pends + Dissipation Shield + this.  You just get to a quick 10 quanta and then you chain these like a Dim Shield and watch as every FG basically suicides itself and you simply EM every single game.  It would take some major AI revisions to teach it not to play creatures, grow creatures, buff creatures, use Heal/Miracles, etc. when this card is out as well.  I think this card would just bring back the days of 90%+ win-rate EM FG farm decks again.  It just seems too highly exploitable for farming.
