about the card art.. i have no clue... i got it from stumbling as a wallpaper well over 2 years ago. i have a small picture collection. im pretty sure they are all free due to the fact that i take them from sites that say here take these nice wallpapers. Any that i have that have names or anything on them i dont use.
I thought it fit the time aspect by fast forwarding toward the end...

It sort of fits.  ??? I guess it makes sense in terms of the apocalyptic theme?

If you honestly have no idea where you got that image from (i.e. - no clue if it's from a site, a free download, your friend made it, etc.), then you should probably change it or alter it in some way to make it your own. (Leaving the word 'unknown' in your Card Art table leads anyone to believe that you just snatched that image from a site or random artist without bothering to leave credit to them).

as far as the discarding yes.. u discard 1 of them right away.. you draw 3 vitals well tough cookies. it still speeds up decks and if u think about it how many times have you precoged or hourglassed and gotten useless pillars/towers or something that you didnt need at that moment. i wouldnt put 6 in a deck now.. but 2 or 3.. used well by a smart player can be very beneficial.

Fair enough. I suppose compared to Precognition, this has a much higher 'risk vs. reward' consequence, which could go either way for either player. I don't think any deck has 'useless' cards (including pillars/towers!), so personally, the concept of discarding something vital can still be pretty frustrating as a 'tough cookie' situation.

well in a given situation.. drawing 2 towers in a row when you have 8 of 10 or 12 and u need say bonewall or firestorm and you know you have them left that is where its frustrating.

ok for anyone who wishes to do some art. i would like some sort of picture representing going forward in time.. either a picture broken into 3 parts present, future, distant future  representing any sort of present historic or right now and having it change to some futuristic look to basically the end of time.. as eternal fast forward leads to an end view of things..

Personally, I would drop the 'discard' effect, because if the player can't play any of the cards that he drew alongside the ones that he had, Fast Forward becomes largely useless as a whole.

Here's a funny concept though - why not apply this to both players? I know that's a pretty bad idea, but if you do it like that, then Time technically obtains an 'Ice Bolt' or 'Siphon Life' spell in their hands, except instead of draining their HP, you drain their cards instead from deck to hand.

...of course, there's still the 8-card limit to worry about, but it'd be super hilarious to kill an opponent that way. Just a minor thought.

well as fun as that would be.. and id love for cards to come out to deck the opponent.. the scorp that did it was changed but how would they code in the opponent doing an action like discarding? unless it was picked by me randomly...
its only 1 card of 3 discarded? i dont see it being much of a problem. i know id rather use it then precog and it would be handy im sure in a grabiod deck with the extra time quanta. be able to make that deck faster not that it needs it. also.. if dropping the discard part was done.. it would be horribly overpowered and abused. drawing 3 cards instead of 1 like any other card that draws would be too much.
if there really isnt any other thoughts on this i think ill add it to crucible. the art is only thing that needs changing cuz i dont know where i got it. :|

lol, its simple yet fits perfect and i kinda like the nostalgic thought i got looking at it.. it made me think of VCR's and how outdated they are.. lol

I don't think the max hand size to be able to play the card is necessary. If you play it with more than that number, then you just don't get to draw the full number of cards, but you still have to discard.

that defeats the point of the card. I want it so you discard out of the cards drawn not out of your hand. It is to make you draw cards and then discard out of those cards only. Makes you choose which card or cards you want more at that time. Sometimes it could leave you with a very hard choice and others it could be that one card you need forcing you to discard the other ones.
