I think it is better to make the recharge cost  or  to get it a bit more powerfull, because it is now one of the least of the mounts, and the should be all alike (or close to that)

Standizzle, you should follow these pieces of advice:
1) Actually read all the posts in a topic before replying.  This will make you look a little bit less like the idiot you are.
2) Consider using complete sentences and proper punctuation.  This will make sure your comments are plainly understood.
3) Refrain from using profanity.  I'm not offended, and personally I don't care if you swear multiple times in a post, but profanity has a tendency to reduce the chances that your post will be taken seriously, as well as increase the chances that a moderator will disagree with your particular literary style. 
4) Always preview and read your post before posting, just in case there is anything you need to change.

This should greatly improve your forum posts in the future, thanks.

I think it's pretty balanced, yet decks that could use him would probably be quite epic. Multiply gravity nymphs until you have a field full of them (duplicate otyughs and armagios could also help)

Will the mounts behave like creatures, or will they have an additional slot as Shields/Weapons do?  This has implications for how to target them (creature vs. permanent control), but also for this one raises the question of buffing.  Depending on how it works, this would be interesting in a bunch of elements.  Off the top of my head, 1 blessing lets you clone Angels in  , cloning stuff you've given Adrenaline (Staves maybe?  Overkill healing?), butterfly effect, or momentum (Firemasters), FFQ, or Phase Spider. 

I like it.  The cost seems to be a bit of a setback though, 6 for an every other turn TU seems kind of UP to me.  Maybe making the recharge cost 1 or 2 instead.

CURATOR COMMENT
- Any objection to just making the ability Stasis the pegasus for 1 turn? No need for skill changing or such.
- Repetitive copying of a creature is going to give you a creature each other turn for the very cheap is going to be Superpowerful if you get a creature thats more than 5 attack and even worse if you can dupe a mutant.

stasis on the pegasus would work fine I guess, but then the card would be more useful in rainbow decks.  The point about recharge is that you have to have 3 aether to use it, whereas if it just put the peg in stasis, then it would come back out of stasis automatically...

Mono-aether doesn't have much use for this card, and it's high cost makes it unlikely to be effective in rainbows.

I am happy with this card design and in my opinion it is balanced.

Balenced,. Cost 6 to Copy, not steal a card. and it has to do less damage. (six for 3 + 3)

With my suggestion I should have stated that the 3 cost from recharge would come across to the activator making its copy cost 6 . No need to swap abilities around and it still costs you the 6 that it would by using the 2 ability system.
