I believe that'd be too similar to Sky Blitz.

That's the problem here.  It's basically a cheap Sky Blitz.

What if it came in two parts?  One, it would grant airborne.  Two, if the target creature already has airborne, it attacks again.

This here sounds good.  Full or Adrenaline-based second attack?

well this does have synergy with scorpion and other such creatures that sky blitz doesnt.  what if i made it have the opposite effect on opponents creatures, the air pushing against them as it were.

I'd say ditch the adrenaline scaling since it is a one turn thing. The scaling is needed with adrenaline for balance since the creature is getting a permanent boost (can't even remove it with lobo unlike momentum). This is a 1 turn deal. It may give some OTK potential, but certainly no worse than dive and skyblitz. Because this is a single target, it fills a somewhat different niche than blitz too, since it will encourage use with a single large creature rather than bumping a large number of individual small ones.
I also think its sufficiently different from skyblitz since it is more vulnerable to shield and poison affects (like adrenaline).

Just a thought... why not just keep both having +1 attack, but give the upped version a 1 round momentum effect on the second attack?

i was worried about people stacking multiples of the upped on a large creature so i threw that in there.  i kinda like the idea of the momentum, but the air shard gives a chance of ignoring shields, so i would be stepping on the toes of two air cards if i did that...

So, how about granting airborne then?  The Push | Boost would be making it airborne or, if it already is, the strength to deal more.

I suppose you have a point there... though shard of freedom hogs a lot of neat effects and should learn to share... lol. I kid... mostly...

As i found when making another card, momentum without gravity seems to be a no-no in the community.  Though the shard already gives a chance to avoid shields... hmm this is going to be tough to fix.
