Dracomageat
NOTES:
The Emperor will die after its final attack attempt on its third turn, regardless of whether it is frozen, sundialed or restrained in any other way besides delay. This turn counter does not go down while the Emperor is delayed. This means that the dragon will be vulnerable for a turn (assuming it isn't the phase dragon) before it can make its first attack. That's the price you pay for reduced cost...
The Emperor will only be reborn if it dies due to its own ability.
This ability will trigger death effects and the dragon spawned will not keep any status affects that the Emperor was subject to.
The Emperor will be reborn as a random unupped dragon and the Divine Emperor will be reborn into a random upped one. The same type of dragon (unupped and upped count as the same) cannot be chosen twice this way until every type of dragon (ignoring Leaf Dragons) has been chosen. This means that if your opponent's Emperor becomes a Phase Dragon, yours can't unless twelve Emperors have already been reborn.

I like the concept draco - interesting, cost effecient and not OP.

However with only 4HP it is very vulnerable to CC and will likely die before it can use its ability.
Considering that fire rush decks are among the fastest in the game - it is likely too slow for a rush and too vulnerable for a stall. I'd suggest either reducing the number of turns that you wait or, change it so that any death triggers its ability. It opens another possibility, killing your own creature for a faster rush, and while that costs card advantage it is already a common fire tactic. And like Phoenix makes the creature largely immune to CC.

@Jen-i: I sorta feel it should be killable in the pre-dragon stage to prevent it from just being a cheaper dragon.

Idk, some curators may ignore it, but I know that's what they do with ATK|HP and iirc that was how SERIES worked way back when.
I may be wrong, though, and it may be perfectly fine to leave "None" in there.

I feel that "None" more accurately displays a lack of series than an empty box as an empty box could easily be an error.
I also used to like sticking "N|A" in the ATK|HP boxes of non-creature cards but that seems more likely to pose an issue.
