Poison already is a passive effect.

Venom can be lobotomized, therefore it is active.

Also, it removes any previous actives, like BE and LS do. I should mention that.

I speak purely from a flavor perspective, but my vote would be that they don't get the poisonous passive. I mean you can eat snakes just fine right?
