compare it to growth
But the thing is all the Growth creatures (with the exception of Fire Spectre) require quanta from another Element to use Growth/Blaze/Steam, which balances the stat gain a little. Though, this card seems a tad strong with no offset like Overdrive does.
Tasted the world, seen more than enough.

maybe it should gain +1|0 for a succefull attack of another electric snake you control. Alone, the card wont grow, so you you need several copies for it to start the growth. Also, it wont grow +1|0 for each other succefull attack, it can only grow once per turn so having 3 of these attacking wont make them all grow +2|0 just +1|0

PU synergy is evident here.  I actually think it's fine as is, although they could both start at 1 or 0 to make the growth a tad harder to take effect.  But even then, unlike those with Growth, this gets no Health Buff, which means easier to kill at 3 HP.

Great card idea! Yes, it might cost 4 :aether  instead of 3, but all in all, still weaker than growth, overdrive, wont benefit much from adrenaline,  can be stopped/disabled by shields, so definitely NOT overpowered.  BTW, artwork totally fits the game.
