Still I don't get comparing this card to rustler that can be stopped by almost any shield. Apart from one-time-quanta-drain it drains your hp... So maybe better comparing it to vamp at least?

Hmm... Tick could be a life card. The text could be: Automatically played when drawn. It can be qunta denial, a leech, and space denial all rolled up together. While I'm not fond of the whole "give a opponent a creature" mechanic people keep using, this is the best take I've seen so far.

And then you just make it the same thing as a antimattered vampire, although you could call it something else. Then it can just have the stats -1|1 and maybe the vampire status.

Off-Topic: Maybe the Vampire status should be changed to the the Leech status when antimattered. This whole business with the reverse vampires could use a new name. Theme: a leech attaches itself to the opponent, a vampire just attacks and steals. This is my logic.

It does... well technically, it doesn't "DRAIN" quanta, but it does force the opponent to use their quanta:

... it forces them to use it for a negative effect, in other words, draining it.
