Nobody wants to comment on this. I know that it has the name of a hoover but I found an art from NASA as a compensation. This deserve at least 1 comment. 

Considering the low position in the pile of ideas. I decided to submit it to crucible.

Dust Tornado is not a name for the creature. Perhaps a living creature that flings dust instead? Dust sounds to me like it would be a temporary effect that could be renewed. Like Squid.

About the name: I think that a tornado or a Twister can really be an air creature. I clearly picture an air elemental controlling a functional twister and at the same time animating a weapon.

Concerning the ability: Maybe dust could be temporary but IMO the jamming of a mechanism is permanent (except if you have the ability, knowledge and time to clean it). Moreover, lobotomy for permanent is such a situational ability that I think it would be too useless if it was only temporary.

I like it, though and are the least synergistic of each pair of opposing elements, so I don't find this being that useful other than an marked air deck.  It's a little too limited due to such.

True, they are at the moment no card or combination of cards using together. That's why I think a card like Dust Tornado is interesting. It goes where no other goes. It opens new possibilities.
Interestingly both earth and air have quanta generating creatures and this card act where EQ is inefficient. Air has for the moment only very soft possibilities for PC (using shock-wave on a freezed weapon). I'm confident that if team air had this card in war they would have add more earth card in their vault (I'm not sure about team earth adding more air card).

Air and earth are not so bad together. There's a good earth stall using Air Wings and OE for CC that Kakerlake uses once in a while. Also, Air can splash EQs in a mono (as can every other element, but that's beside the point ).

Don't get me wrong, I love that there are attempts at synergizing the 2 elements.  Other element pairs could use it, like and may have a very soft synergy of catapulting frozen creatures, but there should be more.
