Nice version of the card Valcero(nice name hehe) so i was think since BB(Basilisk Blood) adds +20 amount of hp to your creature and you can't play for 6 turns unless you adren your creature(comparing) your card should lower there attack for 5 turns i think, Note they can still use there ability if you think about it. :)

I took your advice for the upped card, which now lasts 5 turns. :D

Very UP, because compared to Freeze creatures can still use abilities.  Change the cost 1  :light | 1  :rainbow, make both versions reduce attack to 0, and then it would be ready for curator review.
Done and done. ^^

CURATOR COMMENT

Just wanted to say - your idea has been approved, and WELCOME to the Card Ideas & Art section! :)

Although the spell itself doesn't really compare to some of the other creature control out there (like Freeze and Basilisk Blood), it's soft approach for CC in terms of Light cards, so it's really nice. Did you use photoshop to make that artwork? ^^

Thanks for the feedback Kuroaitou. Based on your comments- is there anything I should change/ increase? (underpowered?) Or perhaps I should leave it as it is?

The art was actually hand drawn with GIMP.

IMO the change should be permanent.  You can only put 6 in your deck and it can be useless against some opponents (no creatures), and weak against a lot of others (creature spam, Reverse Times, growth).  Also consider changing the wording to "Target creature's attack is now 0."  That way it could be used on your own creatures that have been antimattered.  Of course, the cost would need to increase by a few :light to compensate.

Wow, really? That's really, really good for hand-drawn art. You should consider helping out in the card art section, it honestly is very good and many people would appreciate your help :)

Also, how long did it take you to draw?

I agree, fantastic art.  Loving the way the blue light is cast on the lion's nose.

This is a very interesting card concept, with some really cool strategic implications I think people are forgetting about.  One major strategic possibility is using this on your own creatures in order to prevent the negative effect of a shield - I have actually used Sundials for that very reason in the past!  Like say I don't have my Pulverizer yet and I'm fighting Neptune and my Otyugh is already down.  If I chain a couple Sundials, I can grow him past 2 attack without danger of freezing.  This tactic doesn't seem too useful to Light mono, though - I'd use it more in duo/trio decks.

Since this is a temporary effect and only cripples attack, I really want to see this target immortals.  Quintessence is usually used to protect creatures with important abilities, like Otyughs and Druids and Firefly Queens, so their abilities still wouldn't be harmed.  It would open up the possibility of stalling a quinted Growth/Ablaze creature, a Phase Dragon, etc., without breaking your opponent.  But I doubt Zanz is going to consider making an exception to quint's targeting ban anytime soon... ;)

Of course any kind of coding is possible, but I wonder how exactly coding this would work?  There are a couple ways to go here.  The attack could be stored and the creature's current attack set to zero, then the old attack read after a few turns and re-applied.  Or make a new kind of status (รก la momentum, adrenaline) that simply stops the creature from attacking until the counter expires.  These two also have different implications when the creature in question is able to use Growth or Ablaze... should it be able to grow to 2, 4, 6 while it's gentled?  Or will growing do nothing?  Or would the cumulative stacking be applied to the attack after the gentling has expired?
