Two turns seems enough of a wait, and with a lower damage it becomes primarily a CC card. With 10 damage the player becomes an attractive choice of target...

how about adding a base damage of 2, up from 0, and setting the damage of the skill to 5 with a 2 turn delay?

But the card fits more.
Also; what effect will this have on shockwave?

In my opinion an / combo would be good for this card.

I like this suggestion best! Base damage of 2 would be good aswell.
