Best I can come up with is:
Weapon: Deal 3 damage
Downdraft : +3|0 to target airborne creature for 1 turn then remove airborne

Kinda choppy but it fits on the card...

And what if the creature doesn't have airborne? Does this only work on airborne creatures?

It can't target non-airborne creatures.

I think its really UP this way. The Airborne shouldn't be removed (unless you wanna make it a CC card, but then why the extra attack?)

I think it could use further -1 ability cost and/or extra damage.
