NOTES:
The unupgraded version is a semi-fractable but easily controllable boost to bond healing.
The upgraded version is the mid-hitter life currently doesn't have, but isn't as reliable for healing due to its cost.

I'd say putting empathetic bond on the card would be best, considering how Earthquake says "pillars." Anyway, pretty nice idea.

The upgraded version has the same cost:damage ratio as Jade Dragon, but cheaper and with a strong ability. Unless you are facing Wings, I think Hunting Dog would be the better choice even without its ability, so I think the cost should be increased by 1, to 9 :life, in order to not trivialize Jade Dragon.

Archangel and light nymph both have better cost:damage ratios than light dragon, and they have abilities too. The advantage of light dragon is that it does more damage in a single card/creature slot. Jade dragon would in no way be trivialized by this card.

Edit: Added images and fixed card text.

It seems that the unupgraded version is too weak right now. Should it be increased to 3|3 or 3|2 or have its cost lowered to 3 :life? Or is okay..?

I would buff it's stats as opposed to lowering it's cost. People's concern with this seems to be fractal, so making it cheaper is probably a bad idea. I'd make it a 3/2.

On a side note: Fractal causes so many balance problems...

The german short haired pointer on the upgraded card looks almost exactly like my dog cocoa. It even has the little liver colored spot on its tail. Only difference is that my dog has some large liver colored spots on her back too.

About the actual card: I think that zanz doesnt really want too many real life things in the game, but there are scorpions and frogs so im not sure. I think the unupped is a bit UP, any of your suggestions would work. upgraded seems fine.

Changed from 2|2 to 3|2.

As much cuter as puppy may sound, I don't want to call it that because it's a more specific term, while dog is just the general name for that kind of animal.

The problem with using a fantasy animal is that I have no idea what would have an especially strong bond with its owner. So I chose dog.
