Yup, its "change" for a reason, no healing.  Though thats an interesting option too...

It has to hurt when used on the opponent's Ruby Dragon or on your Armagio.

Could heal the owner, not the caster.  That would mean for a cost of healing him instead of harming yourself, your opponent's Ruby Dragon suddenly is worthless.

Something along the lines of "reflects the change in attack" and define that in the notes.  Still unsure about how it would work with Titan, but only testing can tell.

What if reduced max HP instead of damaging current HP (by somewhere in between 1x and 2x)?  I think then it would have enough counters, and is only truly OP if you can set up a OTK.  Additionally, if it just did a bunch of damage to current HP as the drawback, it would buff SoG, which I dislike.
