From the following conversation, I have decided to change the card to :

I'm gonna vote for this card once it gets into crucible. Best idea i've seen in a while.

I liked it better in light, but if it's going to stay in darkness it needs a name change. Although this may balance it and allow it to stay in : Add to the text that no quanta is produced while Harmony is out. This could help balance the problem with sanc.

I think it's nice to have quanta being produced while this card is out, but it is a possibility that I will take into consideration if I want to change it back from to

I would like to see would others have to say about this before I continue.

Also, you're certainly right about a name change if I leave it as (Harmony had seemed to fit very well at the time)

Name is better like that and manipulation perfectly fit in darkness IMO.

As I told to srm359 (weird name btw ^^) this card is very fun but looks hard to be implemented in the game
