theyre passive? last i checked they were off element activated abilities.

As of the current version of Elements, no graveyard mechanism has been implemented, so it is unlikely that a creature that can resurrect to be put in use.

Also, The title Necromancer has been used several times, so I hope that a more original title for it could be used to replace it.

as of the upcoming version of elements, the mos recent permanent to be destroyed is stored.  no reason the same cant be done for creatures.  as to the name, well hard to come up with a more fitting one.
