I like the ability (really more of a status... but thats semantics), but I think the cost may be a little low.
I recently posted on the "Ask the Idea Guru" thread about using HP as spell costs..
I got quoted a ratio of about 4 HP to 1
(generic single type quanta).
So that would make this card's cost equivalent to 1.25
... Seems a little low to me considering that this ability (or status as I guess this would need to be) could be quite powerful.
Trying to fit in the ability into the current game balance is tricky though, since there are a lot of variables to consider...
On a squid or vanadium guardian w/ SoP out, it would be pretty nasty though.
