Updated...I know it's a bit weird to increase the ability cost but I thought it would be appropriate...also increase unupped summoning cost by 1
So I'm a bit worried about giving earth-fire another synergy but there's not much else it could fit in...I feel like wording might need help...also still deciding which types of weapons should be generated, Other only, or maybe any weapon including rares, whether to be upgraded or not...also an alternative could be just generating a non-flying weapon, but that's not as fun  Elite Cyclops could also be named Polyphemus, but there's only one Polyphemus but a lot of Cyclopses...Hope this idea hasn't been done before

Balance comparison:

Firefly Queen, unupped: 3|7 for 6 :air, 3|2 (luminescent) for 2 :life
                      upped:     3|7 for 6 :air, 4|2 (incandescent) for 2 :life

Pharaoh,        unupped: 4|9 for 9 :time, 2|1 (swarm/devour) for 2 :time
                      upped:     4|9 for 9 :time, 3|1 (swarm/devour) for 2 :time

Cyclops,         unupped: 3|6 for 5 :earth, 2-4|1-4 (avg. 2.8|2.5) for 2 :fire
                      upped:     3|6 for 5 :earth, 4-7|1-6 (avg. 5.6|3.2) for 2 :fire

Because upped other weapons have double the average attack of unupped other weapons, I'd consider increasing the upped cyclops cost by one or two. The unupped looks balanced to me.

Oh I didn't think of those comparisons thanks; are you suggesting increasing the creature cost or ability cost of the upped cyclops?

I was thinking the creature cost. 3 :fire seems like too much to me, but it's up to you, of course!

I think it's Cyclopses...thanks for the links, I think I'll use the second one (I am allowed to use that right?) cuz either my eyes are lying or the first cyclops is holding his head O_o what are good ways to find free images? I always have trouble with that...
And I don't think a one time ability fits that well thematically since Cyclopses just keep forging more weapons in their forge...maybe in addition to 6 :earth cost, nerf their HP/Attack?

I think this idea has not been used, but somewhat resembles my Blacksmith (in my profile), I liked this card, I think the price of creature should be higher, just that. maybe 7 :earth or 8 :earth

its a balance issue, gaining 4-7 atk per turn for only 2 is firmly in the OP range.  think about it this way, not only are you generating a weapon each turn, you're also flying it- you are, in essence, creating AND putting 2 cards, a weapon card and a flying weapon card, into play each time the ability is used.  this would be like when mitosis applied to weapons and people were doing silly good with mitosis flying long swords.
