Yep. That's why I tried to keep the ability's and card's costs high (in the upped version, since the unupped one, just like Druid, would be better for CC). I don't want to raise them too much though because basing a deck off this card and hope could always be risky since this is a permanent, PA would not be that viable in such a deck (maybe splashed with mark, but situational) and it can be stolen, exploded etc..
