This card is intended to work in synergy with the Nightfall and Boneyard, so player could feel himself a Necromancer :)

1) I do not believe the game has enough cards for the Necromancer to get a redundant card.
2) Redundancy is not synergy. Death triggers would be synergy. Effects that grow stronger in the presence of undead would be synergy. Eternity is synergy.

Right. It affects skeletons from the boneyard, increasing their attack | HP. Nightfall also does.

You misread.
Effects that grow stronger in the presence of undead would be synergy. (It is the effect, not the undead, that grows in this case)
Effects that make undead have stronger stats would be redundant with Nightfall.

Well, on the other side, you can use several buffing skills on one creature. Like Momentum + Blessing. Why not buff skeletons and liches a little more? Death has no buffs at all.

Does blessing have synergy with blessing? No, it is redundant.
Would a card that gave skeletons a skill have synergy with Nightfall? Yes, depending on the skill.
Momentum (Skill) + Blessing (Stat buff) = Synergy
Momentum (Skill) + Momentum (Skill) =/= Synergy
Blessing (Stat buff) + Blessing (Stat buff) =/= Synergy

Yes, momentum gives you an anti-shield skill. So, the Crypt gives you the ability to produce extra skeletons.

If you are using Momentum for a stat buff you are either not using Blessing or you have redundancy. (Redundant does not mean not stacking) If Momentum did not have a non redundant purpose then it would be a problem. It happens to also have an anti-shield effect which is not redundant. So when used as an anti-shield effect it is not redundant.

Not exactly. Crypt is able to produce skeletons on demand, while Boneyard can produce them only when some creatude dies. This is not a redundancy.
