@funerallaughter: Sorry, I've been having this idea for quite a while now.
But make your version, it might be better than mine!
@Celidion: It lasts only 4 turns (3 use of disease), and if you have more than one pile on the field spamming disease (they poison both themselves and the other piles), they won't even survive for that long. Your opponent can decide tnot to play creatures while they are on the field. Freeze or BB, for example, would be great counters to it if the opponent used it only for CC.
@Krathos: I'm glad you like the card, and you got it right - it is supposed to be universal, as one-use cards are rarely good. You can use it solely for its CC effect, but it is great with Catapult, or as you said, with Voodoos.
I am thinking of lowering the unupped hp to 19, so it has 1 hp last turn when using disease every turn (like upped). If you think the ability is OP, I might increase it to 4
, just like unupped plague - but the self-poisoning is most often a disadvantage, so I am not entirely sure about it.
