NOTES:
Flavour - The elemental has used energy aligned with water to gain access to a Silt catch. This Silt catch allows it to harvest quanta from that which the water has washed away.

- Clusters
- Each element has a 50% chance per element to be produced each turn. This means a production average of 2 per turn for SIlt and 3.5 per turn for Dark Water.

- Alternate back end mechanic. If quanta values can be handled as REAL rather than integers Silt|Darkwater will produce D10x0.1 points of quanta each turn so that the points build up over time to produce a whole quanta.

So it has a chance to produce only on of those in the list it says it can produce, or it could produce one or more of it's listed quanta per turn at a 30% rate?

It could plausibly produce all the quanta types, none, some combination of those in between. The 30% chance is Per Element type to produce 1 of that element.

Alright, just clarifying before I comment.

It's an interesting idea. But 30% doesn't seem too entirely as useful, I guess if it were higher, though, it would verge on a bit overpowered for a pillar.

Average production is 1.2 (2.1) per card per turn at this percentage and across useful desired elements. The Percentage can go as high as 66% and as low as 25% to settle balancing. The 30% seems right as of my testing, otherwise the production was too reliable.

PS. Thie is not a Pillar.

Updated with Image and current Template
After testing found the production to be too low to be of use, raised production to cost ratio.

I can understand it being able to produce :water :earth :life :death but seriosly.  :life :death :darkness :water :earth :entropy but what i mean is that Gravity in there makes no sense.
