Overpowered, since Fractal can go BOOM.
Think of it this way. Fractal this, and play all copies. You've got 9 creatures with 11|11. That's 99 damage in a single turn. Being in one of the extra quanta-producing elements, this is a duo / MUST.

I think it wont stack. Like Nightfalls/Eclipses dont normally stack anyway.

These would be really fun death/darkness duo with bloodsuckers, graveyard and eclipse.

I do think momentum is something more in gravity's arsenal than death's.

If momentum is removed, I think the cost should go down quite a bit. but even now it seems pretty expensive.

ok then lower it down to 6 cost? and 5 for upped? Or what?

Just one thing I'd like to point out:

"All other death or darkness creatures..."

The highlighted part to me implies that the actual Bone Spirit doesn't receive the 'Nightfall'-esque bonus when it's out on the field, which also doesn't stack with the Nightfall effect either. This means that Bone Spirit is a terrible creature to spam as an individual component, BUT it serves as an attacking field permanent (if Nightfall had stats). With that said, I could see you reducing the cost of both cards by at least 1 (so it's 7 -> 6 ), and also clarifying within your notes that the Bone Spirit doesn't benefit from its own ability.

The Momentum throws me off a bit, but that doesn't matter too much. Deathstalkers would benefit the most from this card in mono-Death decks, but aside from that, it's a good concept.

Fixed it so its 7 and upped is 6

It seems like a pretty reasonable card to me.  One question though.  Now, I realize that if you had several of these out they wouldn't stack, but what if you had one of this creature and one eclipse, would you get +3/+2, or just the eclipse, since it's more?
