ART:
truddy02
IDEA:
truddy02
NOTES:
Could be used as both an offensive and defensive card.  Offensively it could be used to get over a shield or on a dive creature to only have to pay for 1 dive.  Defensively, with a lightning or shockwave it could counter fractal decks.

A few things about this card.  First, I did a search and noticed a few other cards with the same name but I really like the idea of a gravity card called singularity.

Secondly, I could definitely use some help with this card.  I wasn't sure of how much quanta it should cost but 6 or 5 seemed fair.  I would also appreciate any suggestions on how to change it or comments on any situations that could make it OP.  I think it is fair when used with Pegasus or Wyrm because it makes you more vulnerable but decreases your cost to use.

Edit:  The first image and spell name said it gives the target creature all the other creatures HP, when I meant attack.  This has been fixed.

Edit: Updated wording to be more clear.

I appreciate your hand-drawn/made art. :) You should fix the discrepancy between the table and the card art (the last word, 'creature', in your table should be plural [add an s]).

But here's a few questions:

-What happens when you use this on a Flying weapon? Will the weapon in the permanent slot be removed as well if it's a copy?
-Does this card affect creatures in your hand? (i.e. - target a Ray of Light on the field, and it destroys all the rest in the player's hand)
-Does this card affect creatures in your deck? (i.e. - target a Ray of Light on the field, and it destroys all the rest in the player's deck)

It seems that this card flat-out prevent creatures rushes of any kind, which is interesting (especially with Gravity Shield, the enemy duplicate creature could gain a massive bonus in HP, making it unable to attack because it's so heavy). I'd decrease the cost by 1 for each (just because most common non-alchemy spells are pretty cheap in general), but until you answer the questions above, I'm not sure how powerful this card really is...

ok a tad confusing, on the card it states the target creature gets the HP of all the ones destroyed, but in the notes you're making it sound like it takes the attacks, so which is it and fix it

Ok, I made the changes on the card and description from HP to attack.  This was my original intention but I accidentally put hit points.  The idea is that it doesn't lower the amount of total attack but makes it easier to get rid of several of the same creature.  I also fixed the discrepancy between the card and description.

The intention is that it only destroys creatures in play on the same side of the field as the target creature.  It will not affect your hand, or your deck.  Adding this to the card did not fit.  If you had 4 unupped frogs and this was played on one, the end result would be one 12|3 frog.

I like it.

I Think it should say "All other copies of target creature ... " to prevent confusion.

Its Strong in combination with Bone wall, momentum, quint, paradox and owns poor hope.

Can it kill quinted creatures?

Thanks for the suggestion Kael, I think that does make it more clear.

I would say quinted creatures are safe.

If you're happy with it you might want to submit for the Crucible?

I'd LOVE playing this on an opponent's unupped chrysaora's.
At first I thought this was only viable to play on an enemy, but then I thought of this aether/gravity combo:

Fractalled Ball lightnings, + this, + a momentum (and a quint if you're eager). Ouch.
Just to drool a bit, let's try a best case scenario:
Your hand consists of the following: 4 ball lightning, momentum, fractal, quintessence, singularity.
First play 4 ball lightning, play momentum, fractal, ball lightnings again, then singularity. Next turn: quint.

That's a 46/1 unstoppable unkillable creature. Immune to all CC including shields. WEEEEE!
Cost: 6 :gravity 12 :aether

OK, this is incredibly unlikely, but nevertheless it's a nice thought. It made me smile. =)

CURATOR COMMENT:
-The card is fine as is, but there are currently several cards that have the same name in the Crucible (that are also spells). Is it possible for you to change the name before being added?

Yes, I will be out of town for the next few days but I will come up with a new name.  I was also considering changing the element away from gravity considering the similarities to the just introduced card chimera so that it would still be a viable card without being super similar to a card within the same element.  So if you hold off a few days on putting it in I will make the updates sometime next week.  Thanks for all your help.
