Love the idea! Imo it's kinda odd to be placed as Entropy (to use the skill) just because isn't Entropy chaos? There's nothing random or chaotic about "digging up" a permanent... just a thought

So, what does this include?  Weapons and shields?  Does it become the permanent, or simply make a new permanent while keeping this around?

It creates the permanent, and includes everything except pillars/pendulums. (weapons and shields destroy whatever was in the slot first)
