Have you considered buffing Guardian Angel instead? This feels like a replacement rather than an addition.

if guardian angel gets buffed to be able to target players as well (i think thats been suggested before) then this would just get the ability renamed for consistency.  As is, it is essentially a more powerful version of, and hey being from the future, maybe thats a good thing?
