This idea qualifies, but your 'Psy Butterfly' thread doesn't for the reasons I stated over there. ^^;
On another note - I don't think Cocoon's should really be able to attack anything (think of Fate Eggs for example), but the cost, HP, and ability to Evolve into another creature is okay as is. You're lucky you made this idea now - I've seen lots of 'Cocoon' ideas in the past, but most didn't quite make it...
