ART: http://www.sxc.hu/photo/743149 looking for better IDEA: russianspy1234 NOTES: Airborne mostly, i feel like aether shouldn't be the only domain of immaterial.  makes sense that it's the main one, but i think at least 1 card should be off element for it.  a creature made out of a cloud seems like a logical way to accomplish that. 4 atk immortal should cost 6 , so with upgrade it should be 5 or 4.

added an extra to the cost because i figured if there were other elements that got it, aether would get a discount.  air also has quanta generating creatures which this does not, as well as shard of freedom boosting this cards attack.  this has airborne which is around free, but i think all the afformentioned factors together add up to 1 extra cost.

I do not think being in a different element warrants a +1 cost.
I do not think having dragonfly being in affects the cost.
SoFre also boosts phase dragon's attack. SoFre's dodge bonus is useless applied to this, so this is essentially a cheaper and weaker phase dragon, or airborne immortal. Not something I feel is really needed.

I don't think this card is really worth it. I don't mind off element immaterial, but not air. Just my 2

An elementshifted Immortal that gets through Wings. I think -1 HP to compensate for getting Airborne was all that was needed to elementshift this to Air. Sure, it can interact with a few Airborne support/hoser cards, but the things that Immortal was weak too will become even more apparent on this card. (Skull Shield, Thorn Carapace, Fire Shield will negate/kill this faster than Immortal)

what else though? other than a possible darkness shadow creature, i cant think of any other element that could justify it. well i guess you could put it in entropy to signify some form of chaotic shield or something but thats pushing it.

I thought all those together might, but yeah its probably a bit much.

id like to keep the cost on the upped the same as the unupped so its not just a clone of immortal so i couldnt just copy the stats.

What does this card achieve for besides a new creature?

->Break creature
Wyrm fulfills a much better break role, and is also affected by sky blitz.

->Rush creature
Even damselfly or fireflies are better than this in terms of rush

->Anti-control creature
Not really needed. Air's dragon and FFQ are quite sturdy.

In conclusion: I see no role which this card specifically fills. I see no synergies with this card. I see no deck that would really benefit from this. What good does it do to change immortal to and make very minor tweaks to its stats?

it gives options. maybe ones you wouldnt take for a mono-air deck, but i could see some fun air/aether duos or other multielement decks that could like this.  the main goal was to "justify" giving immaterial to another element (something i feel is needed), and this was the vehicle i chose to accomplish that goal.

Trying to justify immortality into another element is fine. Just make sure that the new card will either have good synergies or fill a role that the element is lacking. Cards that bring nothing new aren't welcomed too warmly (seraph).
