Anywho, seems like a very balanced card, the card has no dark symbols for lycanthropy so it looks like there is a random quanta cost for lycanthropy in the targeted creature. Seems like a good trade off, stop an arctic squid from freezing, change it to 1/2 with lycanthropy or 6/7.
