An example: Your opponent has 3 armagios in play. You first play Dispersion Cascade. You shoot your opponent then two of the armagios with lightning after using this. Then you hit the third with aflatoxin Bolt 1: 5 dmg to opponent Bolt 2: 5 dmg to armagio#1 then 5 dmg to opponent Bolt 3: 5 dmg to armagio#2 then 5 dmg to armagio#1 and opponent Aflatoxin: 2 poison to armagios#1,2, and 3. (opponent is not a valid target) Final result: 15 dmg to opponent, 10 dmg to armagio#1, 5 dmg to armagio#2, 2 poison to all three armagios. Now, suppose your opponent then casts blessing on one of them. All 3 get the +3|+3… The unupped version works in a similar manner except the additional targets get picked randomly. SERIES:

If I hit my opponent with lightning twice it will do 10 or 15 damage? Also, what about Parallel Universe?

It would only do 10 damage, not 15. Each target will only get hit once per spell cast.
However, if you target your opponent with your first bolt then a creature with the second, the opponent would take 10 damage and the creature would take 5.

I.e. in order to see the added effect, you have to choose a unique target each time.

PU is a single target spell, so it would work... Of course your opponent could pull the same trick to get their own copies. They could also zap all of your PU'd creatures with a single bolt or other CC. (AM would be particularly nasty).

It certainly opens up some heavy damage combo's... but so do fractal and sky-blitz, which are similarly balanced by high cost and total pool drain.

I like the idea a lot.  What happens if the player is targeted and not a creature with poison? +2 +1 poison depending on the card used. Like wise for rage elixir on voodoo doll.

An effect will only get applied to a target if the target is valid for the corresponding spell / skill it came from.

E.g. if you shoot the opponent with a lightning bolt then use the parasite skill on a creature, the opponent will not get poisoned because they are not a valid target for the parasite's skill. (Unless of course you target a voodoo doll, but that has to do with the voodoo trait and not this cards effect)

On the other hand, if play a holy light on yourself and then another on a creature, both you and the creature would recieve the effect, since holy light is able to target players.

Voodoo dolls make a nasty combo here since they allow you to get around the normal targeting restrictions... Again, that's due to the voodoo trait itself.

This card + PU would allow for the first 7 cards 200 HP OTK combo in the game (not a complaint ).

If you use PU, you create a copy, giving you 2 creatures. If you PU the copied creature, then you will PU the original creature again. Repeating this will give you 2, 4, 7, 11, ... creatures (always PU one creature that hasn't been PU'd yet). So Ruby Dragon + Momentum + Sky Blitz + Dispersion Cascade + 3 PUs will give you 224 momentum'd damage (if shields are not a problem you can drop the momentum and get a 6 card combo)

Sky-Blitz wouldn't work with this card since it isn't a single target spell.
Now a bunch of pegasai hit with blessing then PU'd ... that would be vicious... although you would need a quartet to pull it off.
