NOTES:
Details: "strongest creature" , for purposes of this card, means your creature with the highest attack. In case of tie, the one with the highest HP too. In case of tie, a random one of those highest-attack-and-hp creatures.

Example:
1) I have a Photon and an Armagio. I cast Chain of Light. Armagio gets a +2|+2 bonus to stats because he's the strongest (same attack, but more HP).
2) The turn after, i cast Chain of Light again. Armagio get another +2|+2 bonus.
3) This time i play 2 other Chains of Light in the same turn as the previous one. Armagio gets an additional +4|+4, and another additional +8|+8 (total this turn: +14|+14 bonus stats).
4) Next turn, i play Chain of Light again: Armagio gets a +2|+2 bonus.

For reference, maximum bonus you can apply with this (all 6 Chains in the same turn) is : 2 +4 +8 +16 +32 +64 = +126|+126 (unupped) or +189|+189 (upped).

This time i used Blessing as a cost reference: unupped for Chain of Light, upped for Great Chain of Light. In accordance with my new guidelines (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,42245.msg525560.html#msg525560), this Chain becomes cost-efficient at 4 cards.

I like this card, I just wonder if it may be a bit too powerful with such massive growth in the chain ability. However, it does take 3 of them in one turn to equal more than 3 blessings, so I think the balance of this card would be okay.

It won't be any more powerful than your everyday buff card until you can chain at least 3 of them yeah.
Until you get a long chain, it will also be pretty weak for the cost.

If you get a long chain you can use that massive buff like an OTK. nearly every OTK is based on keeping a strong combo of cards in your hand and playing them all at once. This series is kind of a 2TK mono-element series.

Looking at that chart... I feel like there would be many OTK decks based off of it, and also arena decks based off of it so that they can have a better chance of getting more of them at once.
I feel that haveing the possibility of such a buff is a bit too outrageous to become a real card.

I was also going to ask why in the example with photon and armagio the hp would matter, but you explained it.

But now my question is maybe the buff should just go to the first creature on the list with the highest attack excluding hp amounts.

And to maybe offset the difference with blessing and this card since this could potentially be much more powerful, maybe making the +HP bonuses 1 less than they are now (+1/+2)

Perhaps the first card could go to your strongest creature, and then it affects your second strongest creature and so forth to make it more balanced.

Now using your very well made chart in the OP if you don't mind.

I think arena decks would have the same restriction about this than they have with SoSac: can't play more than 6 in a duel. Else they could potentially perform 12-chains (with the help of hourglasses for example), which are things not even foreseen by my formulas and which wouldn't be balanced.

As for OTK decks, this card was pretty much made for such things, like many other cards of my Chain series (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,42289.msg526204.html#msg526204). Their disadvantage being high cost and low effect as long as you don't chain at least 3 of them.

I actually hesitated quite a while about whether the buff should go to your strongest or weakest creature, knowing that the latter would automatically distribute the bonuses among your creatures, but for some forgotten reason i stuck with this one.
