ART:
pineapple, mayang.com (silk, sahara sand patterns)
IDEA:
pineapple
NOTES:
If drawn from the deck (cards in the starting hand do not count), it is summoned immediately (as if from the hand). No quanta is used for the activation of this effect.

While this card is on the field, its controller cannot activate spells.

"Anomaly" is a zero-cost active ability that destroys Tick-Tock, generating a death effect, and places a copy of the card Tick-Tock into a random position in the opponent's deck, including the top or the bottom.

Uses:
- Cheap creature, for damage or rewind fodder, that doesn't mess up the auto-mulligan.
- Messing up the opponent by clogging its draws and/or hindering its ability to play spells for one turn.

You draw Tick-Tock.
After one turn, you use its skill, and it goes to your opponent's deck.
When he draw Tick-Tock, it is automatically put out.
Then your opponent can use its skill too. (0 cost, no need for :time)
So.. Infinite chain between both players? What is the point?

Also, it doesn't happen quite like that. The opponent has to deal with it from the beginning of the turn until it can use its ability in the next turn, since it will have summoning sickness on the turn it's "put out."

Yes, the chain is slowed by summoning sickness, but it's not yet broken.
After one turn(due to summoning sickness), your opponent will use the skill, and you will be interrupted with your draw anyway.

The existence of a loop is not a problem.
It only means that this card does not completely shut down the opponent's deck, and it can backfire if you build your deck incorrectly.

In addition, because of summoning sickness, the loop can easily be broken if you CC the card during the turn it's on the opponent's side of the field.
