This looks like such a fun card. So many possibilities :)

As for remaining Other: I agree. I've always kind of thought of Other as "artifacts" (gasp! can he say that?), and a cauldron fits the bill perfectly. Although, can I suggest a name change?

eh upon further investigating Leaky Cauldron is the name of some large fan site for Harry Potter, so I'd rather not use it.

Sorry I guys I really think this is falling off from what I'm envisioning for this card.  The idea of random quanta generation is pretty cool, as you would assume that with even a messed up conjuring, some sort of magic energy (quanta) would be produced.  However, I'm not too crazy with either of these ideas.  Begins to sound much too complicated.
