The original idea of the developer is to create a element for each zodiac
at the momentment you can see the representing Zodiac of each element in the oracle.
I would like to enchant this idea and I'm now working on a series of every Zodiac creatures.
all these creatures will be rare cards.

I've considered a creature with butterfly effect, as in the picture,
but finally abandon as it may be overpower

I am Capricorn, so I like it.

The ability is good.  Would suggest have it just scramble 1 quanta.  (with maybe the upgraded version 2).

But the scramble ability is what makes Discord special. If this can do it as well, what is the point of Discord being a rare?
Also, in general, you can only have one discord on the field, unless you use Animate weapon. That is a two card combination, two elements unupgraded, to do do what this can do with one card.

Scramble is great, but it takes ~ 3-4 scrambles to really stop a mono deck.  Also, this card is completely useless versus rainbow decks.  I like it and think its fine as is.

I noticed when 3+ flying discords are on the field, putting one more in play will not make a difference, as the opponents' quantum will be evenly distributed

Depends on how many pillars the opponent has out.  1 scramble is only good to shut down about 5 pillars as it can only transfer so much quanta at once.  Against 20 plus pillars of a mono element it will take more that 3 scrambles to completely balance out the quanta.
