Really, the voodoo deck isn't bad at all.
5 voodoo, 3 of these, pillars of both kinds, 1-2 animate weapons for double damage, not much required.
16 HP lasts for 8 turns if you have 2, 20 lasts for 6.7 turns with 3. Not bad.
Dealing 11-12 to 17-18 damage per turn with a few cards is pretty good, but the fluctuate is bad, so remove that. That provides some more balance I would think.
