Nerf power even further.
increase cost.
make it a targetable spell.
Change element.

The problem with targeting yourself is that you would need a reflecting shield and a lot of non- quantum.

No need to do much, just have a reflection shield in hand. Lots of pillars. Hourglasses. When the quanta reached 117 (137), etc. flip out the reflection shield, and this card. Instant, unavoidable death to the opponent. They will suspect hax, because they won't even see what hit them.
I can easily have ~300 quanta in a stalling rainbow, i could discard all creatures, just focus on stalling.

I responded to the theoretical change when the spell is targetable. Then it would calculate the damage based on the target's quanta. Casting on your own reflection shield bypasses the opponent's defense, but since the original target was you, it will calculate the damage from your quanta.

This would deal 100 damage per 300 (yeah, THREE HUNDRED) quanta your opponent controls. I don't think even the fractal-pesty FG accumulates that much O.o
