For the spellbinder idea (before you change it again  :D ), what do you define as spells? Just instants, I assume? (little lightning bolt in the corner). Also, how would you see how many counters are left? Perhaps you could make this a permanent (like sundial)

Spells are just spells (or instants as you put it), not abilities. It is a permanent, and would work just like the Sundial card.

Woops, though I saw the instant symbol on the bottom. Good idea. Any deck suggestions using this, then?

Any deck suggestions using this, then?
Spell interruption mostly, I would say it could have many uses in many decks.

Your opponent is near death and about to play Miracle?
Your opponent keeps frying a strategically crucial creature the turn you play it?
Your opponent is going to RoF your glorious skeleton army?

Keep those pesky spells at bay, with Spellbinder! (now available in pine scent)

The Precognition card would probably be useful here. Of course you block your own spells too, so its a double edged sword. Creature-heavy decks would probably get the most out of it. They could use it to set up their army while avoiding creature control.

-Type the word Entropy in the Element section of the table, and remove the icon. :entropy means Entropy quanta, and not the element Entropy. The two are not interchangeable.

I feel that the non-upgraded version is so much stronger than the upped version if you're facing against opponents with nasty CC or PC effects (Explosion, Steal, Butterfly Effect, Rewind, Quintessence, Protect Artifact, etc.), but since the upped one can be used in any deck for free, I guess both of them have their own merits. :)

...wasn't Zanz implementing a similar idea called 'Silence' for the next patch though? O_o

This is sounding too much like mtg now.
There is a card called silence or something like that which prevents your opponent from casting spells that turn
This would, as you said, a great card agains miracle, fractal decks, bolt decks, cc decks, etc.
Unupped still looks better, though. Would work great In an entropy rainbow.

Umm....I have no idea actually. That might be important. First I ever hear of the new cards are when they show up in the "In Development" section. Where are you reading this?

Oh, and either way, fixed the Entropy/ :entropy whatnot.

There's only rumors of what the card does. Just because official art for the game is shown off in chat does not mean we know what the card does as of yet.

I won't believe anything I hear about the effects of this card until they are in the development screen.
