Yes, I'm curious to know how this works as a permanent.  I'm assuming it's sort of like Nightfall for Earth -- once the permanent is destroyed, the buff goes away.

That said, Nightfall only costs 3 (4) quanta for +1|+1 (+2|+1).  I think this card may be a bit overpriced.  c:

It's not overpriced at all since it works for all creatures, whereas Nightfall is only for Darkness. This would be epic for growth decks with Golems, Spirits or Lycans when against Fire Shield, and always useful with Graboids/Shriekers.

Because you just said it? Yes, Fractal Blights with this would be epic, but still slaughtered by Fire Shield/Unstable Gas/Thunderstorm. Still, it'd take a while for people to start using those counters. I can definitely see a period where the combo would dominate for a while.

this + some other cards (like nightfall) could be a really good combo I just saw one basically the opposite of this except for fire
