No Problem

I went on a mad hunt and found this also.
Might want to try using the Vector Tool SG has noted to take the Real life edge off of the image also. (http://vectormagic.com/online/how_it_works)

I like the name (boiling pot sounds awesome :D), but I think that the ability should be changed slightly, even though the mechanic is decent.

Why not make it so that it drains :fire quanta each turn, but generates that as :air, so that people with say, a fire mark or some fire pillars can activate generate air each turn without having to worry about other cards destroying the wind pillars? In other words, why not just make the :air generation direct, so that as long as you have :fire quanta, you're creating :air constantly, rather than waiting for a turn for those wind pillars to take effect?

Or better yet: what if you made this card have a 'doomclock usage', in that it has counters, but every time you boil water (use the mechanic) you lose water and create air (losing counters but gaining :air quanta), so that there's a limit on how much quanta you create with these permanents?

Just throwing out some ideas. ^^;

Both ideas seem rather complex in my opinion. The idea of a counter is good though, as in making it have 6 charges to use the ability.

As to the first idea, well the idea is to still have fire quanta :). Taking away an entire stack of fire pillars to make them generate air just doesn't sound ideal to me. Unless I'm not understanding you. And keep in mind that with the upped version you get a 1 quanta bonus each time you use the ability.

This is a great forum announcement and all, but I'm not sure this fits with the theme of the section >_<.

Anyway, about the vectors, the problem is that you only get two free, and honestly even after vectorizing the pictures they didn't look great. Good, yes, but not great. So they probably wouldn't be used if the card ever made it in-game, and I don't want to waste my two freebies.

SG wanted to announce that he/she just bought a very nice pot from the kitchen appliance store. It's kind of a big deal.

CURATOR COMMENT

Contrary to Boiling Pots Roaming status, I'll have to decline its movement to the Crucible because the card features Icons in the text box that are missing.

You could fix this pretty easily by doing the card in the Generator, Saving the PNG to your computer, saving the icon from the forum then pasting the icon into the text box using MS Paint or such. Just make sure you use the transparenycy option so the icon has no white surrounding box.

Card image looks ok, just make the table match the new card text.
I'm affraid to modify it cause 4 people have and its been moved 6 times tonight. Probably a good candidate for most mobile topic.

I was doing that while you were posting that :).

And can we move it to anti-false-god decks section, just so it can see a little more of the world/forum?
